HISTORY
Victoria was born into a normal well adjusted family. Growing up for her was uneventful except for all the normal events of growing up. After high school she went to college and university to become a psychiatrist to deal with patients who have phobias. Sometime during her university years she meet and fell in love with the man she would marry. To her and many others he was thought of as absent minded student but he was also an inventor. His name was Thomas Phobia. After they had both graduated from university they got married. Over the next 10 years with profits from his various inventions and her medical practice, they had gotten a small fortune. Now in this ten years they had only one vacation and that was there honeymoon so they figured it was time for them to take a vacation. Their vacation spot was in the land down under Australia. During this trip through an undisclosed situation of events happened and Tom was attacked and killed by a horde of tarantulas. In the course of events there was an opportunity for Vicky to save him but she was choose not to due to her huge overwhelming fear of spiders. With her husband’s death to her due to her helplessness due to her huge overwhelming fear she was overwhelmed by this and it drove her to insanity. In mentally unstable state she now thinks it is her duty to master all fears and to help all over come their fears or to die. Victoria now refers to herself as the Fear Master
POWERS AND SKILLS
Fear Master’s hand to hand combat skills are non-existent. She realizes solely on her ability to instill fear in people for her defense and offense. To instill this fear she does it through various means they are hypnosis, drugs and mechanical devises. If she has others means they are not yet known.
